Delivery & returns
How your order reaches you, what it costs, and what to do if something is not right.
Delivery
Orders are packed by hand in Bourne and you will get a dispatch email when your parcel leaves us.
- UK standard £2.99 (up to 2kg)
- UK tracked (48 hours) £5 (up to 2kg)
- Free UK delivery orders over £60
- Collect from the shop free – by arrangement usually processed within 24 hours
- Outside the UK – please contact us to give you an accurate quote on shipping
If your parcel does not arrive
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of ordering/postage confirmation, email us. We will chase the courier and, if it is genuinely lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
Damaged in transit
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund at our discretion.
Changing your mind
You have 28 days from date of delivery to contact us about a return.
Email us first so we know it is coming. Return the item unused and in the condition you received it, with any dust jacket, slipcase or extras. We will refund what you paid for the goods, within fourteen days of the item reaching us.
The cost of posting it back is yours unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please use a tracked service; until it reaches us it is still your responsibility.
Signed items, special editions, preorders, personalised products and unique special requests are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty items
If something is faulty, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Within the first thirty days you are entitled to a full refund. Get in touch and tell us what is wrong.
What cannot be returned
- Gift cards, once the code has been issued.
- Anything made or personalised specifically for you.
- Sealed items where the seal has been broken, if that was there for hygiene reasons.
None of this affects your rights if an item is faulty or was described wrongly.
How to return something
Email anthologybookshop@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will confirm the return address and give you a reference to put in the parcel.
Please mark “return” on the outer packaging.
